Q: Do I need to pay in full to secure a place?
A: Yes, however we do have options to pay with credit card or Klarna.

Q: Are Payments refundable?
A: Payments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another date if at least 48 hours notice is given.

Q: How long do the courses last?
A: Most of our courses are 1-day in-person training. Online learning may vary depending on the course.

Q: Where is the training held?
A: Our in-person training takes place at Collective Studios, Aberdeen. Youโ€™ll receive the full address in your confirmation email.

Q: Can I do the course if I have no experience?
A: Yes! Our beginner courses are designed for those with no prior experience. More advanced courses require you to complete beginner courses first.

Q: Are your courses accredited?
A: Yes, all of our courses are fully accredited, which means youโ€™ll be able to get insured and start working professionally.

Q: Will I receive a certificate?
A: Yes, certificates are awarded after successful completion of the course, which includes submission of case studies.

Q: Do you offer ongoing support after the course?
A: Yes! Youโ€™ll have access to lifetime support via our private Facebook group and email.

Q: Will I get help with starting my business?
A: Absolutely. We include business guidance in every course to help you get set up and succeed.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Course Materials

Q: Do I need to bring anything with me?
A: We provide all tools and materials on the day. Models will be needed, however if you are struggling to get someone, we can provide a model for you.

Q: Can I buy kits from you?
A: Yes, we offer optional starter kits which can be purchased separately.
