Hi, I'm Shanna - Founder & Educator here at Collective Training Academy. Ive spent over 12 years in the Hair & Beauty Industry, building a successful salon business and becoming certified in a range of services.

I wanted to start the academy to help others break into the industry with confidence and the correct skills. I'm passionate about teaching in a way that is supportive and hands on, in a comfortable environment.

Whether you are a complete beginner or looking to expand on your current skills, I'm here to guide you every step of the way.

When I'm not in the training room i still work 'behind the chair' within the salon or out at Bridal Parties/ Styled Shoots. It is very important for me to keep my skills sharp, and we all know that practice makes perfection! I look forward to welcoming you soon!
